- 3 oz. of fresh raspberries or fresh strawberries or fresh blueberries
- 2 oz. of chopped pecans
- Zest of ½ lemon
- ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
- Transfer the cream into a bowl and whip using a hand mixer until it forms soft peaks. Then add in vanilla and lemon zest and continue whipping.
- Add in the nuts and berries to the cream and combine.
- Cover the mixture with a plastic wrap and transfer to the refrigerator to chill for about three hours. This will give it a firm consistency. You can also serve immediately.
