Ingredients
- 3 fresh ripe avocados
- 3 large eggs
- 1 ½ cup of panko breadcrumbs
- 1 ½ teaspoons of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
- Slice the avocado in half and remove its pit. Then slice the avocado into wedges.
- Whisk the eggs in a bowl and add in salt. Whisk again to mix. Then pour the panko breadcrumbs into a bowl.
- Dip the avocado wedges into the egg mixture and then into the panko bread crumb bowl.
- Transfer to the preheated air fryer and set timer to ten minutes. It is cooked when lightly browned.
