AIR FRYER AVOCADO FRIES

Ingredients

  • 3 fresh ripe avocados
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cup of panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 ½ teaspoons of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
  2. Slice the avocado in half and remove its pit. Then slice the avocado into wedges.
  3. Whisk the eggs in a bowl and add in salt. Whisk again to mix. Then pour the panko breadcrumbs into a bowl.
  4. Dip the avocado wedges into the egg mixture and then into the panko bread crumb bowl.
  5. Transfer to the preheated air fryer and set timer to ten minutes. It is cooked when lightly browned.
