The air fryer will crisp up any fat on the edges and seal in all of the chop’s natural juices. I know everyone in my family loves pork and they love these breaded pork chops with a side of cauliflower mock potato salad.
AIR FRYER PARMESAN PORK CHOPS

Ingredients
- 6 boneless pork chops.
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt to taste.
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper to taste.
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of chili powder
- 2 large and beaten eggs
- 1 cup of pork rind crumbs
- 3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
- lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
- Season the pork chop with salt and pepper to taste on both sides then set aside.
- Using a food processor or a high-speed blender, add in the pork rinds and blend into bread crumbs.
- Pour the crumbled pork rinds into a mixing bowl and stir in the seasoning.
- Using another mixing bowl, add in the beaten eggs and set aside.
- Working in batches, dredge the pork chop into the egg mixture then into the bowl containing the pork rinds mixture.
- Place the coated pork chop into the basket of the air fryer and cook for about 12 to 15 minutes.
- Serve the pork chop with lemon wedges.
