- 2 pounds chicken breast
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1 can diced tomatoes and green chilies 914 oz.)
- 3 tbsp. homemade taco seasoning
Instructions
- Put slow cooker on low setting.
- Add sour cream, chicken stock, tomatoes and chilis and the taco seasoning.
- Mix well.
- Add chickens breasts.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
