Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups of panko crumbs
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Some freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cups of ranch dressing
- 1 cup of hot sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
- Separate the cauliflower into florets. Combine egg, pepper, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl. Pour the breadcrumbs into another bowl.
- Dip the cauliflower florets into the egg mixture, then dip it in the breadcrumbs.
- Add the cauliflower to the air fryer basket and cook for ten minutes.
- Combine the hot sauce and ranch dressing. Serve with the cauliflower bites.
