Bone broth is a great way to keep your immune system strong and healthy, and improves gut health. The collagen you get from bone broth helps to keep your cartilage, joints, tendons, organs, nails and hair strong. This can help tremendously to keep your skin from sagging as much after losing weight on the keto diet.
Using an Instant Pot will make cooking it much quicker than using a slow cooker. This recipe calls for chicken bones but you can use the bones from any grass-fed beef too. Be sure that you opt for grass-fed beef or chicken.
