Most of the world loves bread and when people are considering going on the keto diet, giving up bread is one of their biggest reasons for thinking they won’t be able to do it. There are recipes that you can use to make breads that can satisfy your desire for bread.
There are other flours and ingredients that you can use, such as almond flour or coconut flour. The bread will be heavier than processed white bread, but you can still make a flavorful loaf of bread using our recipe. We use almond flour for this particular recipe.
