KETO CHEESE BALL BITES

Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon
- 8 oz. block cream cheese, softened
- 1 c shredded cheddar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- ⅓ c freshly chopped chives
- ⅓ c finely chopped pecans
Instructions
- Cook bacon until crispy, about 8 minutes and then dice up very fine.
- In large bowl, stir together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and paprika, salt and pepper
- Using a cookie scoop, form mixture into 18 balls and place onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper or silicone mat.
- In bowl, stir together bacon, chives and pecans
- Roll refrigerated cheese balls in pecan mixture.
- Let come to room temperature before serving.
