Keto Chicken Bacon and Ranch Casserole

The popular Keto Crack Chicken comes as a casserole as well!! Sure to satisfy any picky eater with creamy bacon, broccoli, and cheese chicken. This meal will probably become a weekly staple in your household. Make ahead and freeze, just pull out the morning of pop it in the oven for a quick week night dinner.

Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 strips bacon
  • 10 C of broccoli
  • 2 C cheddar cheese
  • 1 C mozzarella cheese
  • 1 C keto ranch dressing
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix

Instructions

  1. Fry bacon slices in large skillet over medium heat 5 to 10 minutes. microwave broccoli 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Crumble bacon into small pieces.

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and add to skillet with bacon grease.
  3. Cook over medium-high heat 5 to 10 minutes. 

Preheat oven to 375 F.
  4. In 9×13-inch casserole baking dish add cooked chicken and dry ranch seasoning.
  5. Mix together until well-seasoned.
  6. Add broccoli, ranch dressing, mozzarella, 1/2 of cheddar, and 1/2 of bacon.
  7. Mix together in baking dish until well-mixed.
  8. Top with remaining cheddar and bacon.


  9. Bake for 25 minutes.
