Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter & Banana Smoothie

When you are craving sweets or just want to treat yourself, a delicious chocolate, peanut butter and banana smoothie is the perfect drink.

If you are missing the taste of bananas, this recipe uses banana extract and I love the taste of chocolate and bananas together. If you like more banana flavor, just increase the banana extract amount but don’t go overboard.

You can add berries to this recipe for even more creamy goodness!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 3 tbsp. unsweetened chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp. unsweetened peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cocoa powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy (whipping) cream
  • 1 tsp. banana extract
  • 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add 1/2 cup ice to blender.
  2. Add protein powder, peanut butter and coconut oil and blend.
  3. Add cocoa powder, almond milk, heavy cream, banana extract, vanilla and the other 1/2 cup of ice.
  4. Blend for 1 minute or until smooth.
  5. Divide into 2 servings.
