You don’t have to add the coconut if you don’t like coconut. You can add almonds, pecans, walnuts, or any type of nut you want. If you like your bark to be nuttier, simply add more. If you don’t want peanut butter, you can add some sugar-free chocolate chips instead for even more chocolate flavor. Just add a half cup of sugar-free chocolate chips in place of the peanut butter.
KETO CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BARK
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut oil
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup creamy sugar-free peanut butter
- ½ cup sugar-free sweetener
- ¼ tsp. sea sat
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- ½ cups shredded coconut unsweetened
- ½ cup crushed pecans or almonds
Instructions
- In a pan on low heat, melt coconut oil and peanut butter.
- Stir until creamy.
- Add sea salt, sweetener, shredded coconut, almond extract, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and nuts, and mix well.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat.
- Pour melted chocolate onto pan.
- Freeze the mixture for 45 minutes.
- Break into pieces.
- Store in a container in the freezer.
