One of my favorite keto chicken dishes! So much flavor in every bite! Honestly, when I think of dijon mustard, butter, and lemon juice I don’t think of great things. But I was surprised at how well they pair together and compliment each other.

Ingredients
- 12 4 oz pieces of chicken
- 6 Tbsp butter melted
- 6 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Swerve Brown Sweetener
- 2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Put the chicken pieces skin side up in a dish for the oven.
- Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl and season to taste. Brush this mix onto each piece of chicken.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, removing halfway and flipping to coat the other side in the sauce.
- Serve warm for best results.
