Keto Double Chocolate Shake

Ingredients
- 1 cup crushed ice, divided
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup heavy (whipping) cream
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp unsweetened chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp chopped 90 percent dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp sugar-free chocolate syrup
Instructions
- In a blender, place 1/2 cup of ice
- Add the almond milk, heavy cream, and coconut oil
- Blend to combine
- Add the protein powder, cocoa powder, dark chocolate, chocolate syrup, and remaining 1/2 cup of ice
- Blend for 1 minute, or until smooth, and serve.
