Keto Double Chocolate Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed ice, divided
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy (whipping) cream
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped 90 percent dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. In a blender, place 1/2 cup of ice
  2. Add the almond milk, heavy cream, and coconut oil
  3. Blend to combine
  4. Add the protein powder, cocoa powder, dark chocolate, chocolate syrup, and remaining 1/2 cup of ice
  5. Blend for 1 minute, or until smooth, and serve.
