- 1 cup crushed ice, divided
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ cup heavy (whipping) cream
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil
- 3 tbsp. unsweetened chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp. chopped 90 percent dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp. sugar-free chocolate syrup
Instructions
- In a blender, place 1/2 cup of ice.
- Add the almond milk, heavy cream, and coconut oil.
- Blend to combine.
- Add the protein powder, cocoa powder, dark chocolate, chocolate syrup, and remaining 1/2 cup of ice.
- Blend for one minute or until smooth.
