KETO GARLIC CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI

Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breasts - diced
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp crushed pepper optional
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3-4 cloves garlic - minced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese mozzarella or Parmesan
- 4 oz. cream cheese
Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Add the diced chicken breasts
- Season with Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper, salt and pepper.
- Saute for 4 to 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
- Add the garlic and saute for another minute.
- Add the broccoli, shredded cheese, and cream cheese.
- Cook for another 3-4 minutes or until the broccoli is cooked through.
