This glazed salmon is such a versatile dinner or lunch! Made with a perfect keto brown sugar glaze that can be served with a salad or another one of your favorite side vegetable. The mix of spices give it a flavor burst that pairs perfectly with the brown sugar glaze.
Keto Glazed Salmon
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 4 6 oz skin-on center-cut salmon fillets
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp tamari
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp brown erythritol
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- ½ tsp white pepper
- Zest of 1 lime
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- Heat the avocado oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season salmon with salt and place skin side down in skillet.
- Cook 3-5 minutes until skin easily releases from pan, flip and continue to cook another 4-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Pour sauce into skillet while whisking continuously and let thicken 2-3 minutes.
- Place the salmon back into the skillet and use a spoon to spoon the sauce over the salmon.
