Keto Glazed Salmon

This glazed salmon is such a versatile dinner or lunch! Made with a perfect keto brown sugar glaze that can be served with a salad or another one of your favorite side vegetable. The mix of spices give it a flavor burst that pairs perfectly with the brown sugar glaze.

Keto Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 4 6 oz skin-on center-cut salmon fillets
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp tamari
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp brown erythritol
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp white pepper
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Heat the avocado oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season salmon with salt and place skin side down in skillet.
  3. Cook 3-5 minutes until skin easily releases from pan, flip and continue to cook another 4-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  4. Pour sauce into skillet while whisking continuously and let thicken 2-3 minutes.
  5. Place the salmon back into the skillet and use a spoon to spoon the sauce over the salmon.
