You can eliminate all the sugar and preservatives that you get in store bought jello and you end up with a keto-friendly and healthy dessert that’s yummy.
KETO HOMEMADE STRAWBERRY GELATIN

Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries chopped
- 6 tbsp. Swerve or keto-sweetener
- 2 tbsp. water
- 1 1/2 cups cold water
- 2 tbsp. gelatin
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions
- Cut up strawberries.
- In a small pot, add strawberries, sweetener and 2 tablespoons of water.
- Heat to boiling and then turn down to low and let simmer for 7 minutes.
- In another medium pot, mix gelatin with cold water.
- Add the cooked strawberry mix and vanilla and heat just until mixture starts steaming. Make sure the mixture does not boil.
- Strain mixture and add to dessert bowl or dishes.
- Refrigerate for 3 hours or until firm.
- Top with keto-friendly whipped cream if desired.
