Keto Jalapeno Poppers

These Keto-friendly Jalapeno poppers are creamy and delicious snack. They also make great appetizers that will strike a conversation.

Easy to make with very little prep. They will be your go-to quick appetizers for any day or party.

The cream cheese and cheddar cheese blend together to make creamy filling that taste like heaven.

Keto Jalapeno Popper

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 8 jalapeños
  • 8 slices of bacon, cut in half

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Place bacon on paper towel-lined plate and microwave 3 minutes.
  3. Cool slightly
  4. In a bowl, add cream cheese, shredded cheddar, salt, and pepper and microwave for 15 seconds. Stir together.
  5. Spoon cream cheese mixture into plastic baggie. Snip off corner of baggie and pipe contents into jalapeños.
  6. Wrap bacon slices around jalapeños and pin with toothpick.
  7. Place jalapeños on prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Increase oven heat to broil for 2-3 minutes, watching to ensure cream cheese does not burn.
  9. Remove from oven and allow to cool before eating.
