KETO CINNAMON GRANOLA
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- ½ cup shredded coconuts
- ¼ cup sliced almonds
- 2 tbsp. sunflower seeds
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. erythritol
- 1 tbsp. melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375° F.
- Combine the walnuts, shredded coconut, sliced almonds, and sunflower seeds.
- Add cinnamon and erythritol and stir into the nut mixture.
- Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
