Keto Low Carb Cinnamon Granola

Most granola is filled with carbs and sugar but you can mix this one up in no time for a low-carb crunchy treat. You can grab a handful of this good-for-you mix when you get the urge to snack anytime of the day.

You can add any kind of low-carb nuts such as pecans, macadamia and Brazil nuts for even more variety. Try this straight off the cookie sheet or add it to some Greek yogurt for even more variety.

KETO CINNAMON GRANOLA

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • ½ cup shredded coconuts
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • 2 tbsp. sunflower seeds
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp. erythritol
  • 1 tbsp. melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375° F.
  2. Combine the walnuts, shredded coconut, sliced almonds, and sunflower seeds.
  3. Add cinnamon and erythritol and stir into the nut mixture.
  4. Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle with melted butter.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes.
