Pizza!! The one food I probably miss more than any other. This pizza recipe cures all pizza cravings! I don’t know about you but even though I love pizza, it always made me feel tired and ready for a nap as soon as I ate it. I can now enjoy it without feeling tired or sick afterwards.
It’s not eggy tasting either as it only takes 4 eggs. This is more like a deep dish pizza and less like a quiche for those who don’t like all that egg flavor.

KETO DEEP DISH QUICHE PIZZA

Ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 2 cups shredded Italian cheese (Mozzarella, Romano, Parmesan mix - or your choice)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 20 slices pepperoni
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Beat together eggs and cream cheese until smooth.
- Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese and spices.
- Pour 2 cups of cheese mixture into a nonstick, 13x9 inch baking pan.
- Add egg mixture on top of cheese. Blend until cheese is spread throughout the mixture and not all at the
- bottom of the pan.
- Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
- Briefly remove pan to add on layers of mozzarella and pepperoni.
- Return to oven for 10 more minutes or until dish is bubbly and brown.
