KETO MEXICAN TACO BAKE

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup onion - diced
- 1/2 bell pepper - diced
- 1 jalapeno - diced
- 3 tbsp. taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp. hot sauce
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese- grated
- 1/2 cup pepperjack cheese - grated
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Spray 8x8 baking dish with non-stick spray.
- Brown ground beef.
- Add onion and jalapeno to ground beef and cook for 5 minutes.
- Drain grease.
- Add taco seasoning and water and mix well.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in cream cheese and salsa.
- In a mixing bowl, add eggs, heavy cream and hot sauce and mix well.
- Add meat mixture to baking pan.
- Add egg mixture over the meat.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
