KETO PANCAKES
Ingredients
- 1¼ cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp. erythritol
- Dash of salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 6 beaten eggs
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- In another smaller bowl, combine eggs, honey, yogurt, lemon extract and butter.
- Slowly stir the egg mixture into the flour mixture.
- Drop two tablespoons of batter onto a hot griddle.
- Cook for 4 minutes.
- Flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Continue until all batter has been used.
