KETO PECAN PIE FAT BOMBS

Ingredients
- 1½ cups of pecans or preferred nuts
- ½ cup of shredded coconut
- ¼ cup of coconut butter
- 2 tablespoons of pecan butter or preferred nut butter
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons of flax meal
- 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla bean ghee OR coconut oil
- 1½ teaspoons of cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla bean powder or vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon of kosher salt
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients into a food processor bowl and process until the mixture is broken down, about two minutes.
- Blend until the mixture becomes sticky, then scoop out the mixture and roll into balls using your hands. Place on a plate and chill for about thirty minutes in the fridge.
- Serve and enjoy!
