Keto Pepper Steak for the win! For those nights when you are craving an Asian dish. This one will not disappoint!
Ingredients
- 2 peppers cut into squares
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 lb pepper steak
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- SAUCE
- 1 cup beef stock
- 3 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 2 Tbsp sherry wine
- 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tsp xanthan gum
Instructions
- Set oven to 350 degrees and grease a roasting pan.
- Put a layer of onion slices into the pan and then layer with the steak. Season with salt and pepper. Then layer with the bell pepper.
- Mix together all the sauce in a bowl and pour over the meat.
- Cover and bake on 350 for an hour.
