Keto Tuna Melt

Ingredients
- 12 mini bell peppers
- 12 oz can of tuna
- 2 tbsp mayo (or greek yogurt)
- 3 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 3 slices of cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In medium bowl, combine tuna, mayo, mustard, garlic salt, and onion powder.
- Slice off and discard stem of bell peppers.
- Slice peppers in half lengthwise.
- Remove seeds
- Bake peppers for approximately 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Fill with tuna, and top with cheese.
- Bake until tuna is hot and cheese has melted, about 5-7 minutes.
