Keto Tuna Melt

Ingredients

  • 12 mini bell peppers
  • 12 oz can of tuna
  • 2 tbsp mayo (or greek yogurt)
  • 3 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 3 slices of cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In medium bowl, combine tuna, mayo, mustard, garlic salt, and onion powder.
  2. Slice off and discard stem of bell peppers.
  3. Slice peppers in half lengthwise.
  4. Remove seeds
  5. Bake peppers for approximately 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Fill with tuna, and top with cheese.
  7. Bake until tuna is hot and cheese has melted, about 5-7 minutes.
