This recipe looks like it takes a lot of time but it doesn’t take as long as it appears. To keep your lasagna from becoming watery, it’s important to add salt to it and then let it sit so the liquid comes out. The thinner your slices, the less watery it will be too.
You could even bake your zucchini slices for about 10 minutes or grill them for about 1-2 minutes on each side and then cool them before putting your lasagna layers together to get even more liquid out.
