Low Carb Keto Biscuits

Here is another recipe that you can use when you are in the mood for a sandwich or you want something to go along with your bacon and eggs.

You are going to be surprised at how much this reminds of you of a traditional biscuit. You can use this for a satisfying egg and meat biscuit or have a biscuit with your favorite dinner.

Add a little garlic powder, parsley and substitute the mozzarella with cheddar cheese and you can have a delicious cheddar garlic biscuit like you get from Red Lobster.

LOW CARB KETO BISCUITS

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ c almond flour
  • 2 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 c shredded mozzarella
  • 4 tbsp butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F degrees.
  2. Mix together almond flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix together mozzarella, butter, eggs, and heavy whipping cream with hand mixer until well-combined.
  4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and continue to mix until all ingredients are completely combined.
  5. Spray muffin tin and spoon with non-stick cooking spray.
  6. Using the greased spoon to dollop dough into individual muffin tin.
  7. Bake until biscuits are golden brown approximately 13-15 minutes
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
