LOW CARB KETO BISCUITS
Ingredients
- 1 ½ c almond flour
- 2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 c shredded mozzarella
- 4 tbsp butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F degrees.
- Mix together almond flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix together mozzarella, butter, eggs, and heavy whipping cream with hand mixer until well-combined.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and continue to mix until all ingredients are completely combined.
- Spray muffin tin and spoon with non-stick cooking spray.
- Using the greased spoon to dollop dough into individual muffin tin.
- Bake until biscuits are golden brown approximately 13-15 minutes
- Serve warm and enjoy!
