MEDITERRANEAN KETO CROCKPOT CHICKEN
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts
- 15 oz. can of diced tomatoes
- 12 oz. jar of roasted peppers, diced and drained
- 10.2 oz. kalamata pitted olives, chopped
- 4 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes, crushed
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the chicken generously with salt and pepper.
- Add chicken to crock pot.
- Add the rest of the ingredients.
- Cook for 8 hours on low setting.
