SAVORY SESAME FAT BOMBS

Notes
Cook time is only for roasting the sesame seeds.
Ingredients
- 4 oz. of butter, at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon of chili flakes
- 2 teaspoons of toasted sesame seed
Instructions
- Roast the sesame seeds in a hot pan and remove when it becomes golden brown in color. Pour into a bowl and set aside.
- Next, combine the sesame oil, butter, salt, and chili flakes. Transfer the mixture to the fridge and chill for about fifteen minutes.
- Press the butter mixture into balls, then dip each ball in toasted sesame seeds. Then store in the freezer or fridge.
