SPICY GROUND BEEF LETTUCE WRAPS

Ingredients
- 1 head of romaine lettuce
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce -low carb
- 1 tbsp. fresh ginger - grated
- 3 spring onions - finely diced
- 2 large garlic cloves - minced
- 2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup peanuts - crushed
Instructions
- Wash and dry large romaine lettuce leaves.
- Mix the the hoisin sauce and soy sauce into the ground beef and let marinate in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- Brown the ground beef and then add ginger, spring onions, garlic, red pepper flakes, and peanuts.
- Cook for one moreminute, stirring until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon into lettuce leaves and garnish.
