Guacamole is the perfect food for the keto diet but you will have to get creative with what you use it for. You can dip pork rinds and celery sticks in it for a keto-friendly snack. There are cheese crackers that you can make that are simply made by putting cheese in the oven and baking it until it’s crispy. It’s the perfect topping for a low-carb taco salad as well.
If you like your guacamole spicy, add as much jalapeno as you like. If you don’t like any spice, just don’t put the jalapeno in the mix.
The nutritional information is using regular mayonnaise but you can eliminate the sugars by using a keto-friendly mayo.
