KETO STRAWBERRY ICE-CREAM

It's best to use an ice-cream maker.
Ingredients
- 5 large strawberries
- 2½cups of heavy whipping cream
- 2/3 cup erythritol, or other keto friendly sweetener
- ½ cup water
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- ½ tsp. vodka
- a pinch of salt
Instructions
- Clean strawberries.
- Use a blender or a food processor to puree the strawberries.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Whisk everything well.
- Pour the mixture into ice cream maker.
- Follow manufacturer’s instructions.
- When done, place in freezer-safe container and freeze.
