Ingredients
- 6 large egg yolks
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of erythritol
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
Instructions
- Whisk the almond milk, egg yolks, preferred sweetener, and vanilla in a metal bowl.
- Then add in the butter or melted coconut slowly.
- Place the metal bowl over a pot of simmering water while whisking the mixture until thickened, about three minutes.
- Remove from the water bath.
- Serve chilled or warm.
