KETO BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP
Ingredients
- 16 oz. rotisserie chicken - shredded
- 8 oz. cream cheese - softened
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese - shredded
- ½ cup cheddar cheese - shredded
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 jalapeno - finely chopped
- ½ cup wing sauce - keto-friendly
- ¼ cup ranch dressing - keto-friendly
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl, shred 16 ounces of rotisserie chicken.
- Add softened cream cheese.
- Add 1 finely chopped jalapeno pepper.
- Add paprika, garlic powder.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add in cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Add wing sauce and ranch dressing.
- Mix all of the ingredients together.
- Transfer to a well greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
