Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. oil (Avocado or Olive)
- 1 large onion
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. shredded cabbage
- 15 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 6 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- 2 bay leaves
Instructions
- Press Saute on Instant Pot and add oil and onions. Saute until onions are done.
- Add ground beef, salt and pepper and cook until done.
- Turn off heat.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine thoroughly.
- Cover and seal Instant Pot.
- Press Manual and set time to 20 minutes.
- When done, release pressure naturally.
- Be sure to remove the bay leaves before serving.
