These keto cheese patties are so crispy and delicious! We love making a batch of these for breakfast. They pair well with any keto breakfast meat.
But you don’t have limited these keto cheese patties to just breakfast. They make great snacks as well. Make at the beginning of the week for quick meal.
Keto Cheese Patties
Ingredients
- 1/2 C sugar-free dark chocolate chips
- 1/3 C swerve
- 2/3 C almond flour
- 2 C ricotta cheese
- 1 tbls avocado oil for frying
- 4 tsp vanilla stevia drops
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- swerve confectionary sugar
Instructions
- Mix the eggs, vanilla stevia, chocolate chips, cheese, swerve and salt. Then add in the almond flour slowly.
- Start heating the oil in a frying pan and scoop in the batter to the size patties that you want. It should take about 2 minutes on each side to fry, but it depends on what size pattie you made.
- Keep repeating this process of frying until the batter is done, best served hot.
