Ingredients
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup stevia
- 4½ ounces sugar-free chocolate chips
- 2 oz. butter
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions
- Place heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the stevia and vanilla and heat until dissolved.
- Add the chocolate to the cream while whisking, and continue stirring until chocolate has melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in the butter.
- Pour the mixture into a lined rectangle dish and set in the fridge for 3 hours.
