Keto Chocolate Fudge

If you love chocolate and have a sweet tooth, you will want to whip up this easy keto fudge recipe. It’s super simple and you just heat up everything on the stove and place it in the fridge to let it firm up.

You can add your other ingredients to it like pecan, walnuts, peanut butter and extracts to add even more flavor. You may need to experiment to get it just the way you like it when adding extract. Just start with a teaspoon and go from there.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup stevia
  • 4½ ounces sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 2 oz. butter
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Place heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the stevia and vanilla and heat until dissolved.
  3. Add the chocolate to the cream while whisking, and continue stirring until chocolate has melted.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the butter.
  5. Pour the mixture into a lined rectangle dish and set in the fridge for 3 hours.
