ULTIMATE COOKIE DOUGH FAT BOMBS

Ingredients
- 8 oz of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup of crunchy almond butter
- 1/2 cup of golden monk fruit sweetener
- 2 oz of 100% cacao Baker’s chocolate bar
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients minus the chocolate in a bowl using an electric mixer until well mixed. Transfer to the refrigerator and chill for about thirty minutes.
- Blend the chocolate in a food processor until broken into pieces. Combine the mixture with the chocolate pieces. Mold the mixture into balls and transfer the balls to a parchment-line plate.
- Transfer the balls to the freezer and chill for 45 minutes.
