- 1 green pepper
- 14 oz. canned diced tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 cups diced cabbage
- 2 cups shredded cheddar or cheese of choice
Instructions
- Dice green peppers and cabbage.
- Add ground beef to large skillet and add spices.
- Cook until browned.
- Add diced green peppers and cabbage and cover skillet.
- Cook for 15 minutes.
- Remove cover and add cheese.
- Recover and let cheese melt for 5 more minutes.
